From early childhood, I’ve been one of those souls perennially curious about the larger questions of life—Who am I? What is my purpose? Growing up as an introvert, I cherished the world within, a sanctuary where creativity knew no bounds. Yet, life demanded a presence on a stage seemingly designed for extroverts. This journey of stepping out, interacting, and socializing, though challenging, taught me invaluable lessons about courage and authenticity.

At Maison Violette, I’ve found the space to embrace and explore these aspects of my personality truly. As an archetypal Enneagram Type 4, I’ve always felt a bit different—drawn to solitude and the rich inner life it cultivates. Here, I indulge in the luxury of introspection, allowing dreams and ideas to take form and come alive. This process is not just about personal fulfillment but also about harnessing creativity to inspire, help, and offer new perspectives to others.

In a world that often prizes conformity, discovering and asserting one’s uniqueness can be revolutionary. It is here, in this authenticity, where true power lies. By daring to be ourselves—fully and unapologetically—we offer the world a gift only we can give.

My dreams for this new chapter at Maison Violette include writing a book about crafting a life of slow, authentic, and soulful living. This book will be a tapestry of evocative photos shot through my own lens, reflective musings, delicious recipes, and stories of new hobbies and encounters. I will take you along to markets, show you how to decorate my new home, share creative ideas and a bit of DIY, reveal my morning rituals, and invite you into my kitchen to share my best baking tips, simple recipes for delicious dinners, and scrumptious yet healthy snacks.
